Business is an infinite process.

Business is never ending. It's a process that is infinite. There's no winner or loser, only businesses that grow and businesses that don't. Businesses that don't grow are focused on the transaction of business. Businesses that do grow are focused on the person who makes the transaction.

First thing, if you want to be a leader in your business the most important thing is to be customer focused.

Don’t satisfy your customers, figure out how to absolutely serve and exceed their expectations every time. That is the number one thing. Whoever your customers are. Customers are who and what you should value most in your business. If you are customer focused in everything you do, your team and business will follow.

Second thing, a business leader needs passion. Knowing your passion helps you to know what drives you. 

You have got to have passion for the business you’re building and developing, or work in. Without passion, you’re going to be competing against people who do have passion for the industry you're in, and they’re going to build better products and services to provide for your potential customers. It’s that simple. 

Third thing, you have to take risks. Yes! Risk!

You have to be willing to take risks. If you come up with a business idea and there’s no risk there, it’s probably already being done.

There is a possibility the risk you take may not work, but that’s OK. You have to be willing to accept that your business is going to be in many ways an experiment and it might fail and that’s OK. That’s what risk is. 

Risk take you towards your potential, and your potential is always bigger than your passion. Passion tells you what you want to do, but you don’t always do. Your potential gives you the courage to do what you want to do, because you're willing to take the risk.

You should be failing more to discover your true potential. It's opposite of what you hear out in the world. With a sense of adventure, there must be a willingness to fail and falter with an unwavering belief towards your true potential. It doesn’t come without opposition, and it doesn't come without taking a few risks.
