it all Starts with You!
What we put in our bodies is in direct connection with what we put in our minds. We are looking to counter-balance. If we are not putting healthy thoughts in our minds, we are not putting healthy nutrient rich food in our bodies. Therefore, those thoughts whether positive or negative will have an effect on how you look or think about your life, your spouse or marriage, your finances, money, leadership, responsibility, and the list goes on. How we do things, is how we view things. To change how we view things, is to change how we think. If your business, your organization, your church, your family is not going in the direction you desire, it is connected back to how you view things, which is connected to how you do things.
The Foundation of Well-being is how you value your life. It's very simple. We take care of what we value. If you value what people think or say about you more than your own well- being, you will be constantly trying to strive to please and accommodate others at the expense of your own health and well-being.
If however you truly value people, you will place value on your life because your life affects theirs.
Think for moment about that statement...
When you're around someone who truly values themselves and values others does it inspire you to be just a little bit better? Or does it make you feel low about yourself and that you're not good enough? Either way it does reveal the foundation that your well-being is built on. Both can be elevated at anytime you choose. Health and well-being begins on the inside. Your health and well-being, is more about what you think and believe about yourself then anything else. And you have the power to change how and what you think and believe about yourself. Your healthy life matters now more than ever. It's time to build the foundation of your Well-being.
