This Transformation Series focuses on You and Your Well-being. You will be awakened to the truth in your health and well-being. You will be inspired by a fresh outlook on your current reality, and the winner in you will be ignited to move forward building a Healthy Foundation for Your Well-being!

Knowledge of where most of your beliefs about yourself, your weight, your size, your life, and outlook on life comes from. And how these beliefs have affected your health.
Practical steps for you to begin building a Healthy Foundation for Your Well-being.
Well-being Transformation Series study guides, for each Well-being topic to gain the most during and after each class. 4 study guides in total.
Opportunity to participate in the final class Q & A.
FAQ's:
How long is each class?
Each class is 75 - 90 minutes. The last class will be up to 120 minutes as Andrea will answer questions that have been asked during the course of the Well-being Transformation Series.
What if I can't make a class?
We recommend choosing a class that you are able to commit to all 4 classes. This is how you show yourself your commitment to Elevate. Classes will not be recorded, so ultimately if you miss a class, you miss a class.
Are the Transformation Classes being recorded?
No. One of Absolute Training Centres core values is accountability. When recordings are provided, it also provides an option for people to not be accountable.
What do I need to prepare for each class?
Come prepared to be elevated.
Come with a open teachable mind.
Have an enviornment with NO distractions during the Transformation class.
Have a camera for the device you are using to attend the Well-being Transformation Series.
Print off the study guide for each Transformation class.
Complete the study guide in between each Transformation class.
Have a pen and paper or journal book to write additional notes. Journal books are available for purchase in Absolute Training Centre shop if you require one, though it is not necessary for the Transformation Series.
What is provided for each class?
You will receive a Family study guide for each topic via email, 24 hours before the series starts.
What if I have a question during the class?
Please submit all questions to the email address that is in your study guide, and Andrea will answer all of them during the last Transformation class.
